temp/oil/gen/brake lights

Having trouble getting my camaro's GEN, BRAKE, and OIL lights coming on. . . Do I have to have the floor console gauges plugged up first? The BRIGHT light comes on when I hit the foot dimmer switch.

Thanks.

Re: temp/oil/gen/brake lights

On the same circuit, does your fuel gauge and temp light work? Temp light should also glow in the start position before cranking.
Check the fuse marked "gauges" and that it's connection is good..
10A fuse, lowest, right.

Re: temp/oil/gen/brake lights

No, the blue bright light is the only light that comes on. I also don't have my floor console plugged up, so that may have something to do with while they're not coming on?

I know my oil sending unit is getting grounded through the block, to the battery, then to the car body. And, too, the e-brake switch on the e-brake has been cleaned and it reads continuity, also.

Thanks

Sometimes it's as simple as burned out bulbs.
