Tach Filter Sticky? Where did it go?

I was wondering where the tach filter sticky went to that was so helpfull? I've searched for the past two nights for it but can't find it. I need a parts list and instructions if anyone has them. Thanks.

No that's not the one. There was one all about building a "tach filter" to install inline. It had a supply list and some pictures included.

Go to www.firstgens.com and register. The tach filter is in the "electrical" section of the forum. Same one that used to be here.
