68 RS Headlight Conversion

Hello, I bought new RS Headlight Assemblies which surprisingly enough fit pretty good. With this being a new conversion what other pieces are needed to complete the assembly? Eg. Headlight beam bucket? Thanks

Re: 68 RS Headlight Conversion

Thanks for the pics Looks like I need the bucket retainer for the headlight and a chrome ring? The area of concern is what holds the light bulb in place. Thanks!!

Re: 68 RS Headlight Conversion

The chrome ring with three screws secures the headlight to the bucket.

Nice job Hothead but I believe Jeff is looking for 68 info and yours is a 67.

Re: 68 RS Headlight Conversion

the headlight bucket on a 69 is the same for RS or not. Is it safe to assume the same for 68?
