1969 Firebird Radio

I just came accross a 69 Firebird AM radio and it has an extra round type connecter and 10" wire harness. Is this connector for a multiplex of 8 track hook up? If this is for a multiplex unit where would this unit be located?

Re: 1969 Firebird Radio

I just checked the 69 Firebird AIM and saw no round connectors for the radio. Perhaps someone has made some modifications.
