Need help wiring my Alternator on my LS.

I did some searching but couldn't find exactly what i need. I have a 67 with a new American Auto Wire harness They already got rid of the voltage regulator you can see in the picture I just need to wire in the horn relay. I have a turn key LS3. all I need to do is connect the red wire to the Alt. and its ready to go. What I need to know is what to do with the two factory wires in the factory Alt. plug to make the factory wiring work with my Alt on my LS. I included a couple pics of what I have.
Thanks

Are you keeping the fuel injection? What re you doing for a wiring harness to control the motor? The LS should have alternator wiring built in that feeds back into the car, and you can pull power for the AAW harness from that.

Correct.

The LS Harness has reg control via the computer and one 12V wire from bat AAW Harness) to the alt is all you should need.

Yes Im keeping the fuel injection. I was wondering if I needed to use either of the exsisting wires on the factory plug, Thinking it may affect gauges or some other part of the stock wiring function.

The CS plug should take care of the GEN light.
Hook up the third picture of four wires to the horn relay; the two forked terminals go on the buss bar and the green is horn power, the black is horn relay ground.
The middle picture, if the CS is already hooked up, then insulate the red wire eyelet and tie off the group. Otherwise, hook up the red wire to CS BATT stud.

Re: Need help wiring my Alternator on my LS.

I think I get it. Im a little slow at this but I just want to get it right. The middle picture I need to hook the heavy gauge red wire with boot to the Battery lug on the Alt. same as before to charge the Battery. Eliminate the two smaller wires in the plug. What purpose did the two small wires in the plug serve on the old Alt. Is the heavy gauge charge wire with boot supply the main power to the fuse panel for everything in the car?
