No turning signals and crazy break lights!!!

I just rewired my entire 69 Camaro. Once I got all the bulbs back in I had some crazy thjings happen. Now I have no turning signals at all, before I installed bulbs I did. I checked all fuses and there still good. My break lights work but when I hit the break my dash lights and marker lihgts all come on. Im completly frustrated and cant figure out what could be causing this. Im using an american auto wire kit as well. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Re: No turning signals and crazy break lights!!!

Yes I have them all attached at same area . would this make any difference? Break lights are working good. I dont understand how my break lights got tied in with my dash lights??

Re: No turning signals and crazy break lights!!!

When one has bad grounds there are weird feed backs in the system which causes weid stuff to happen

Re: No turning signals and crazy break lights!!!

I had a similar problem. Would bench test and ohm out all bulbs in the taillight harness and they worked fine. But when installed, the ground backfed into dash lights. Unwrapped and replaced ground wire, same issue. Had to replace taillight harness with a spare. There must have been an internal issue in the ground path that ohmed out, but could not take the amps. I never did figure it out.
