First give folks a chance to reply, I merged your other thread into this one!

Next you are mixing 3 generations, 1st gen car, 4th gen engine and 5th gen gauges and it sounds like you have a wire harness designed for a 1st gen car and the ls1. What harness do you have? Is your harness setup for the '69 factory gauges? or any other gauges? I doubt your harness has the oil temp and trans temp for the 5th gen gauges. Sometimes there are questions best asked of the manufacture, especially when you don't provide enough info for others to draw on to provide an answer!

Hey Carlos

You got to tone down on the text size. I don't think our eye's are that bad

In any event, I don't think too many people around here have actually attempted such an install. Maybe you can be the first and let us know how it goes?

There's a few 'catches' to try to do a direct swap
Main one being which gauge package youre using (there are several depending on options/model) and what/where (think control modules) some of the gauges get their signal(s) from.
You might want read through ongoing discussions on the 5th gen sites ( like this one http://www.moderncamaro.com/forum/el...le-gauges.html ) to get more technical info on the types of gauges avail. And their control circuits.
