Tom,
If you don't already have copies of the wiring diagrams, do yourself a favor and get them. With the various options of having gauges or not, RS, A/C, etc. there are minor variations to be aware of.
With that said, ...Are you looking for details specifically to do with the power top wiring?

I am just finishing up the wiring on my '67 ragtop (RS/SS, A/C, power top, w/gauges, etc.) and may be able to help if you have a specific question.
