Which headlight switch for 69

My 69 was originally a RS but it was stolen and all the RS parts were removed. The car was salvaged and the RS parts were not replaced but it still has the original wiring and most of the original electrical parts. We are working through a headlight issue (they flicker on and off) so even though the switch was recently replaced I am going to order an AC Delco replacement. Any thoughts on which one, the RS or non-RS switch?

You only need the RS switch if you are planning to have RS headlights.

Jen also replace the floor mounted 'dimmer' switch... that culprit is often the source of many headlight issues and its cheap to replace. Check the wires that go into it as well, they sit in wet carpet under your left foot for years and sometimes corrode or even the connector gets broken.

Re: Which headlight switch for 69

Thanks again! I replaced the dimmer switch and ordered a new negative battery cable and headlight switch. Planning to revisit the grounds first then the headlight switch if needed. This issue is driving me nuts.
