Modifying A 69 Wiring Harness

Just wondering if anyone has modified their existing wiring harness. I want to change from a standard mount fuel gauge to a center mount to add a tachometer.

The tach takes an "add on" wire harness. Several vendors sell it.
Center fuel gauge uses the same connector as the big fuel gauge.
You do not need to modify the harness.

Pat - It is a simple swap, cutting the dash carrier is the hardest part but a Dremel tool makes easy work of it. Do you need the the template? I attached the simple one, I can email you a larger template in PDF form if you like.

I like your floor supervisor, he looks approving of your work.

Thanks for the info Lynn! I thought I might have to lengthen the fuel gauge wires but I might be able to open up the harness and pull them back
