back up lights for a1968 camaro 4 speed

Does anyone have the wiring for the back up lights that goes from the firewall to the wiring harness under the dash for a 4 speed? Does anyone make one that I can purchase or does anyone have a used one that I could purchase? I would also need the black rubber boot that plugs into the hole in the firewall. coupe

Re: back up lights for a1968 camaro 4 speed

I have a Muncie 4 speed transmission and a Hurst shifter. I currently have the parts that go on the transmission for the back up lights. The part I do not have is the one that comes from the inside of the firewall to the outside along with the black rubber boot (the one that accepts the wiring from the back up light switch from the transmission to the outside of the firewall). coupe

American Autowire has the harness you need to go from the shifter to the firewall. I just got one but haven't installed it yet, but it looks like the correct part. The part number is 510048. http://www.americanautowire.com/shop...sult/?q=510048

Glad you found what you need! You must have a different reverse switch though. I'm just using this generic switch: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/huu-2480003
