dielectric grease

When I took my new harness out of the packaging, it had delectric grease on the internal connectors, is that alright??

Ok thanks...also I have a can of "QD electronic cleaner" should I spray some on the bulkhead connectors before plugging in the harness

Dielectric grease will protect the connections as well as keep out moisture....it's non-conductive; it won't short out connections.
