Instrument cluster plug pigtail connector

Hi,

I've got a 1968 camaro. I'm making my own instrument cluster out of gauges I already have. I won't be using the factory instrument cluster.

There are a few wires I'd like to access that are in the factory cluster plug. Does anybody know of a pigtail plug that I can plug into the connector (instead of plugging it into the instrument cluster)? I'd like to avoid cutting into the wires going into the factory connector.

Thanks,
Sal

Re: Instrument cluster plug pigtail connector

Anybody ever seen something like this? I'm sure people have done custom instrument clusters that don't have the factory plug.

Re: Instrument cluster plug pigtail connector

I think most people, me included, go with an upgraded wiring harness when making those changes.
