My horn sounds pretty pitiful- what do you guys have? Would like ti to be able to be "plug and play" into existing wires.
Thanks!

Re: Louder horn needed

You might try giving the horn a wack with a wooden block. off the car of course. Sometimes that can loosen any corrosion or bug nests that may have caused an issue. You can get a pair of horns off of an 80's camaro or firebird for cheap on ebay. They will usually bolt in place fairly easily.

Something like this.

Re: Louder horn needed

Likely the horns maybe some rust in them. Spray wd-40 down the bell, rotate them to get wd-40 into the core, reverse direction to get it out. light whacks with plastic hammer, then retest. Make sure you have a GOOD ground. Low notes go bad 1st.
