There is a 10 gauge (accurate guess) dark blue wire coming off of my main engine compartment wiring harness from the firewall distribution block behind the master cylinder. It runs towards the front and dead ends(meaning thats where the previous owner cut the thing) around the horn relay. Any idea what this is for. Thanks for your help.

What doesn't work?

The only #10 gauge wire in the car it the one from the battery to the horn relay, and from the horn relay to the alternator. No blue wires that large in the front lighting harness. Previous owner modification perhaps?

There's a 20 gauge BLUE wire running up to the horn relay\key warning buzzer.
