I am planning to purchase an OER tach and was wondering which RL to go with. The car is an RS and came with a 350. I am installing a mild 383 built from Speed-O-Motive parts, cast crank, stage 3 rods , FM hyper pistons, comp cams XE 274 K kit, Modified Vortec heads and RPM intake, Holley 700 DP, Muncie M20 and 3:70 rear. I was told it should go to 6,000 no problem. I'm trying to decide on which tach to use. Oh, and MSD Dist with 6AL with 5800 or 6000 rev limit chip.
Any suggestions,
Thanks, Guy

My buddy is running that cam and it will do 6000rpm no problem. He is running the 6AL and using the 6k chip just to keep himself out of trouble.
