Have you checked to see if there is fire runing to the brake switch? And if there is, is the fire going out of the switch? If it is then check the wires in the back for fire. Also check the bulbs, maybe they burned out or something. I would also check the ground at the rear lights to see if there is proper ground. Good luck.
If you have power in and out of the brake light switch, it's probably in the connector to the column harness or in the turn signal switch. If you have turn signals, the wiring from the switch back to the lamps is fine (blinkers and brake lights use the same wires from the switch rearward).
