How many grounds straps are there on a 68 camaro? And where they located?

Depends on radio and which engine (L6 or V8).
But, one or two from engine and one from frame to the body.

my car came with the L6 and had 1 body to frame ground strap located on the passenger side close to where the firewall and subframe meet. The other was located on the firewall above the trans tunnel and slighty to the drivers side and connected to the engine valve cover bolt.
