I changed the flasher fuse but the signals still strobe...any Idea's on how to slow it down?

You might change the flasher unit to a different type, that determines the speed of the flash...Mike

The cheapo parts store flashers seem to flash faster than the GM ones. Try to get an AC Delco flasher.

also when you get a new flasher make sure it is a heavy duty flasher unit as it will be running more than 2 lights at a time..
