I reinstalled the T-3 headlights in my 69 SS/RS and the drivers side is fine but the passenger side is dim. Is it a bad light or ground?

The best way to tell is to remove the headlight and hook it up to a 12 volt power source directly (I use an old battery and small jumper cables I bought at Radio Shack) My guess is that the bulb is the culprit. If the bulb passes the test, search out the points where the front wiring harness is grounded and clean the connectors of corrosion.

My bet is on a bad ground.

Same thing happened to me.
