I am going to hook up a kickdown on my TH400 in my 69. I disconnected it about 26 years ago in a moment of wisdom. The problem is that I don't remember where I disconnected it. Did the original feed to the switch come out of the harness by the coil and wiper feed wires? I think that I may have cut it off and taped it back into the harness. Also, is this a +12v feed that goes to the switch as the tranny already is a ground source? I have my 69 wiring diagram book but it doesn't show the kickdown switch and wiring.

It is a 12 volt circuit that is wired to the IGN or run circuit. I think it should be an orange wire. If you can't find it you can run a wire from the IGN terminal on the fuseblock.
