I have a 68 camaro conv. The arrow in the dash that indicates that the turn singal is working will not blink when the lever is pull to the left. when pulled to the right it work fine. I have changed the blubs an I have changed the circuit board. but the problem is still there. I have a friend with a 68 coupe that has the same kind of problem. Is this a command problem? I am lost can you help me . Know else has been able to.

May be a worn or old blinker can. It's under the dash between the column and the radio. Buy a cheap 3 dollar replacement and see if that cures it.

Check the ground of the lamp socket for the rear light, My 68 does this regularly, just have to give the socket a little twist,
Check the front and rear lights for proper function brightness.
