I recently got a 1994 Camaro hatchback for my first car(im 16) with a few small problems, when u try to start it, it spins freely, so it takes a few trys to start, can i rebiuld the starter myself, if not any sites i can get one cheap? Thanks
You can probably exchange it for a rebuilt there locally for less money at a parts store than finding one on the net and having it shipped. The usually give you a few bucks for your old one in exchange.

Are you saying that the started spins but doesn't engage? if so sounds more like the bendix is going bad.. get a rebuild kit from the auto store and do the work. It will be cheaper and a learning experience.
