'69 Z-28: When starting the car, the key has to be jiggled when starting in order to make connection to starter, could this be bad switch or ? If so, how to replace?

Thanks

Just replaced one last Sunday. Drop steering column by removing the cover under steering column that screws to dash carrier. Remove two nuts that hold the column up in place behind dash carrier. Remove two very short screws that hold switch to top of the column. Make sure that you put key in lock position first so that the rod that moves the switch is in the correct position. Remove 2 piece wiring connector from old switch. Reverse process to install new switch. This is a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10 of difficulty.
