85 CAMARO FUEL INJECTED 2.8 I TRIED TO PUT IN A WIRING HARNESS AND HAVE POWER TO THE STARTER AND ALTERNATOR FROM THE BATTERY AND POWER TO THE FUSE BLOCK BUT LIGHTS DO NOT WORK AND IT WONT TURN OVER.

Sounds like either a bad connection or a missed wire between the fuse block and the ignition switch. recheck.. I guessing we can assume that no accessories work either?

had another thought.. check the connections to your neutral safety switch, or check if reverse lights are on in park and if it starts in reverse. Stranger things can happen than to wire it backwards.
