Hi there camaro fans , I just got a new ( well new to me and new in body condition. ) 1992 camaro rs 25th edition. 305 TPI Auto.

Anywho , I was cruising down the highway and this civic decided it wanted to hold in the clutch and rev on me then take off , I was like whatever , not worth it. Later he slowed down and did it again so I mashed my gas and I was gone , left him behind until....I hit 110MPH and it stop , kicked down due to a speed limiting chip I guess in the ecu. Does anyone know what I can do to remove with out having to replace with another chip or know a way I can tune it myself to allow more speed ? I put a bunch of mods on it already but I still top at 110 and it's only at 2200 RPM , I know the car has more potential than that so any help would be appreciated , thanks guys
