You have to take out the screw on the firewall side too. Itís in the center, then unplug the engine and light harness.

like i said i removed all the screws.my problem is that it appears that the harness for the engine and or lights is actually part of the fuse box? I'am just afraid that if i pull on these things really hard that i'am going to rip some wires out that i should'nt? If i manage to pull the harnesses out will pulling the two parts of the fuse box apart mess up any connections or is it simply a case of pulling them apart and then pushing them back together again.Sorry to sound like i'am flogging a dead horse here i just want to be sure of what i'am attempting to do,Geezer thanks for the responce........Madcow Mike

On the under hood side, I think one side unplugs first, it holds the second one on. The connectors are the same type as the body and console harness connectors, they wont be a problem to plug back in.

Geezer thanks for the responce i'll attempt to unplug the harnesses tommorrow.does the actual fuse box itself come apart without disconecting any wires between the two halves?I seperated them slightly today and it looked like there where wires being pulled at between the two? Or am i just being overly cautious....
