Red face

Hey guys,
I just bought a 1984 z28. It's got all the power options, a/c, and the such. The stock 305 was swapped for a 350 out of an old chevy pickup I think. Anyway, when the guy did it, he did something crazy with the cars wiring, and I still can't make it all out. My oil pressure gauge (inside the tach) doesn't work, my speedo jumps around, accelerates too fast, and sometimes stops working, and my tach jumps everywhere, or most of the time doesn't work. I don't know much of how these things work. Help me out fellas.

Hum, wonder if he put the ground wire between the block and firewall back?
