Door jamb switch wiring

What is the correct routing for the passenger side door jamb switch wire on a 67 ? under the rear deck, across the roof and down behind the sail panel or across the floor?

67 RS/SS 350, M21, 3:70 POSI, Hooker side mount headers, blue dot tail lights. owner since 1974.

Re: Door jamb switch wiring

I just disassembled a 68 and it ran across the inside of the dash. There was small "clips" attached to the dash that the wire ran through. My 69 is similar (runs across the dash). My guess is that 67 sould be about the same. The wiring from the overhead light runs across the roof and down to the floor by the sail panel, which is all part of the in harness in the car that runs along the driver side floor and up the kick panel. Hope I didn't confuse you with all that jumbo.

Re: Door jamb switch wiring

My 67 has clips in the gaps directly under the dash pad.

67RSSS......owned since 69. A basket case for most of it.

Thanks, I don't even know why I posted this, I was actually thinking about a 67 caddy not my Camaro. I'm old.
