Re: No power

Well I would start with the basics, trace from the starter back to battery if it was starting before you shimmed the starter then nothing. The issue has to be between battery and starter or wiring at starter.

Re: No power

Could be missing the power lead from starter BATT stud to the rest of the circuits.

Re: No power

Does it have a fuseable link? Maybe check out thirdgen.org. They might be able to help.

Re: No power

Good deal. What was the power problem?
you might disconnect the inlet to rail fuel and apply low pressure shop air to tank, use nozzle and rag to seal, yes, not good, but will work, and pressurized tank priming fuel pump and line.
Or, jumper across f/pump relay socket and have pump prime fuel.
You will know when pump is pumping, high pitched whine to a growl, typically 5-6 amps current under load, if measuring.
