What should I do with the voltage regulator now that I’m swapping in a LS?!

Re: Voltage regulator with LS Swap

do away with it, you can either re wire the regulator harness plug yourself or buy a plug in one that does the same thing.
The square plug (in the link picture) is the one that you put on your chassis harness, the other plug might be different depending on what alternator you use. Are you going to use the LS style 3 wire or a one wire alternator?

Re: Voltage regulator with LS Swap

thanks for the reply, I had no idea anyone replied at all until I did another search on the internet and stumbled across my own original post. The link provided hooks to a Eckler's corvette page. My alternator has the 1 weatherproof connector on it plus the male post to put the 12v wire on it
