turn signal cam

Correct turn signal cancel cam-horn contact ring needed for 1968 Camaro non tilt. the one the customer brought in is black and wont fit the shaft. I shoved it on and it does not cancel the turn signals. My 69 non tilt has the green one. His og one was white and It was already apart by the time it got here to my shop.. Also is there a spring on top of it or below it or none at all? He took off the grant wheel and bought the wood grain setup with signal switch and all. the switch they sold hm for the year non tilt was the one with the angled lever slot his was straight. got that at the local store. Any help is appreciated> I searched on google and here but again my search skills suck.

Yes I know I cant spell or punctuate for crap, Please cut a 3rd grade dropout some slack
