67 camaro head light doors

Hi just put new moters in head light doors left one working brill... lights on left door opens .. both lights work main beam and dip .. but the right door wont open till you just give the door a little push of the mikro switch then moter kicks in and works fine .. switching of is the same problem lights out left door closes .. right one stops open till you give the door a little push of the mikro switch then works fine closed .. ime thinking is it the relay under the fender 3 of them plush the 10 amp .. i can have them sent over from the states no probs . Thanks for any help guys

How tight are the doors? Do they swing/move easy?

If one headlamp door works and the other one does not then it's most likely not a problem with the relays.

I think you have a bad ground on the limit switches on the right side. The reason why the door works normally after you give it a nudge is because when you nudge the door the switch flips and the motor now gets its ground through one of the relays instead of the limit switch. Try cleaning the ground connection at the limit switches and clean any rusted bolts that secure the limit switch to the core support or headlamp assembly. Also make sure the ground from the core support to body frame is good.

ist gota be sumthing easy azzz because the left hand blue and brown wires piggy back from left to right . stay safe lads regards Tig

check to see of the paddle on the micro switch is either touching the door, or that the area of contact on the micro switch pad touches the paddle without travel on the paddle.
