Temp sending unit

Hi,

I bought a”standard” brand temp sending unit. Installed in the cylinder head and suppose to turn on the temp warning light when it reaches 210 degree. The temp warning light turns on when it reaches 160 degree and this is the second sending unit.

Re: Temp sending unit

I have the same sending unit. Mounts in the thermostat housing. I've had no problems with it.
Are you sure you have the correct unit for the application (head mounting)?
