Question Courtesy Fuse blowing

My 97 camaro (V6) keeps blowing the courtesy fuse and I can't tell exactly why. I haven't managed to find out what event causes it to blow because it seems to happen at random. However, whenever the fuse does blow I can hear a "clicking" noise which repeats exactly every 10 seconds. The clicking is coming from a black box behind the glove compartment (the BCM?). The same clicking noise is made when I open the passenger door and play with the door switch (before the fuse blows), but alas, I can open and close the passenger door without blowing the fuse intensionally so I'm pretty sure its not the passenger door switch. Though I could be wrong...?

Has anyone any idea's coz banging my head against the wall isn't helping

Thanks

Re: Courtesy Fuse blowing

Had simular problem with my 1991 Corvette, it was the switch controlling the alarm and courtesy lights on the passenger side... it was randomly shorting inside the door frame and draining the battery, may want to just remove the switch and check the wiring...
