8 track player heat sink

I seem to have solved the mystery as to what this component is that is bolted to the right side of my steering colunm in my 69. After reading some topics, it appears it is the heat sink for the 8 track player. Better known as a "convector" as per P. 431 in the A/M. Anyone know how much this item is worth??
