Mounting Stock replacement radio

Well i didnt have a hacked up dash so instead of going to a sony or something else i bought pnCAL-350 from ricks. It fits and i got everything working but there seems to be no way to have it rigidly mounted, the only place to anchor it is a stud on the back however i was only able to have a strap to hold it up.

Its a huge frustration when i spent more money for a not as good sounding stereo and i cant even use the tape deck because the effort to push reverse is enough to push it back into the dash!

any tips?

Re: Mounting Stock replacement radio

My Kenwood is similar.
I used a fairly rigid strap and dropped it down and attached it to the ashtray bracket. It's solid as a rock.
