New Socket/Pigtail for park/blink 67 Standard

Hello everyone - ok here goes.

Painless wiring kit came with bare wires for the front blinker and parking lights on my 67 NON RS. Anyone know the part number from Napa etc. for the pigtail or socket that plugs up to the back of our lights? What about the bulb? I hear 1156 (clear) is that right. I cut out the sections I thought I'd need from the old one but missed the headlights and it is gone.

Now if you know the answer to the above tell me how to wire the socket please. Muchas Gracias.

turn / park lamps are 1157s 2-terminal sockets + ground put bulb in socket
measure ohm values of both filaments/ lower resistance = brighter lite = turn signal
back up lamps are 1156 single filament socket + ground
if counter man can not pull the parts with this info you are in the wrong store!
