Gen light on?

After installing a power brake booster on my '69, my GEN light came on, and will not go out. I believe I may have done something to a wire around the booster. Any ideas???

Re: Gen light on?

Like Steptoe said there might be an open wire near the booster. Do the shake test on the wires near the booster and see if the Gen light goes out. Are the wires well insulated? You might want to wrap the wire if not already.
