turn signals

i hooked up a powermaster alternator and rewired some stuff,,used the exciter wire from the charge light on the dash, i bypassed what i thought was the old external regulator,,,but for some reason my turn signals don't work now,,,,,any ideas,,,where the heck is the turn signal relay in a 69 camaro?

Check the fuse first and make sure it isn't blown.

There is no relay, it's controlled by the direction switch in the column and the flasher unit. I don't see how one is related to the other unless you bumped the bulkhead connector.

the fuse is good. it was working fine before i messed around with that block thing that i believe was the external regulator. oh well, i'll keep checking stuff
