Talking dash gauges

trying to upgrade my 68 camaro dash gauges. i installed a tick tock tac, removed gas gauge, installed console gauges, where my gas gauge is now. all my console gauges work good. i installed a new circuit board on back of gauge panel, all new bulbs in sockets etc. here is my problem, nothing works on dash panel- no lights no tac- i see 12 volts at all the lights with a volt meter, i tried grounding the metal backplane, but still get no lights. did i miss something on installation??????

Re: dash gauges

did you put that little grouding strap behind the upper middle screw? the screw that is between the two gauge pods....wiggle that screw and see if that makes the gauges move or the lights come on....
