Dash Harness

Hello, and thanks in advance for your help. I have a 69 Camaro with console gauges I have been playing with the car now for three years doing upgrades etc. I installed all new wiring, engine, dash harness etc. My question is: I have six male connecters left from the dash harness they are as follows:

One that is a two male connecter one male has two pink wires the other is green.
One that is a two male connecter one male with a yellow the other with a black (ground?)
One that is a two male connector one male with a purple the other with a purple (12 Gauge wire)
One two male connector one male that is orange the other is white
One four male connector with a lavender, Pink, red and two browns together (one 14 gauge the other 12 gauge)
One two male connector one orange the other red (12 Gauge wire)

What are they for where do they go?

Re: Dash Harness

right off the top of my head:

One that is a two male connector one male with a purple the other with a purple (12 Gauge wire) - Neutral safety switch

What are the cars options?? Does it have auto or manual? Gauges?

Need all the info about the car as some of these may be for options.

Re: Dash Harness

Well heere's a couple,
yellow/blk = radio
or/wht = brake pedal sw
Now the purple wires, if one is purple and the other purple/w than this is for your neutral sw. If you have a 4-speed it goes to the clutch depress sw. A auto on floor is goes to the shifter, an auto on column there should be a place on the column for it.

The 2 pink & green. Is 1 pink 12ga, one 20ga, and the grn 14 ga? My drawing show the grn as a ppl and go the dir sig flasher.

Still working on the others...........

Single or is cig lighter and glove box lamp

Re: Dash Harness

Dave, I'm just looking at a new wiring harness I got from Factory Fit for a 69 console gauge 4 speed. I see the harness (2 pink & green) no idea as yet. The one I can't seem to find is the 4 plug you talk about. I think it's the heater control plug. I'll be taking mine apart tomorrow and replacing with the new one so I'll keep a close look for these and let you know if someone doesn't come up with them.

Actually I meant the purple wires are for the clutch safety switch (or whatever it's called)
