Question Delco-loc II CD radio

I have a 1994 Camaro with a Delco-Bose AM/FM CD radio. I lost power to the radio due to a loose connection and now the radio is locked out. It has a Delco-loc II Theft-Deterent feature. There is a code that is supposed to unlock the radio, but as I bought the car used I do not know the code. I really don't want to take it back to the dealer to have this taken care of. Does anyone know the procedure or code to disarm the loc so I can listen to my radio. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Delco-loc II CD radio

You should try and Google search the unlock steps/codes. I just found plenty of info out there. We will not post that type of info here...

Re: Delco-loc II CD radio

You can get the radio factory backup unlock code yourself but then you have to call GM with a dealer account number and give them the 1st number to get the unlock code. Only the number you get from GM will unlock the radio. The dealer I work for and most others don't charge to just unlock a radio.
