Unhappy Dash delimma

where do i start , i have a 1991 RS camaro 3.1 v-6, my problem is that my dash lights don't work and neither does my speedometer, i've replaced the speed sensor and that didn't help. I also had to replace the intirior light switch , but when iturn the car on ,the buzzer that reminds you that your lights ar on stays on continuously eventhough the lights aren't on ,but doesen't do it when the key is turned to the accsesory mode. any help would be greatly appriciated.
