just visited some other sites...interesting!!

Just went into TC Chevelle site... they have a great set up as well... but did you know that they refer to us in Team Camaro as, "Little Brother"...different! Made me feel young again!

Went into one of the Firebird sites, and was really different... and the prices that they were asking for parts and the cars!!! Much lower than they are for the Camaros...much!

So, really was an eye opener for me to see the differences/similarities and the site set ups. In comparison to the rest, we rock! Thanks to the contributions of the admin and the Camaro afectionados who take an active part in our TEAM CAMARO site.

The Chevelle site was a news list that you had to subcribe to at one time. it was cool then but then the site went live to what we know today but basic. Al has really grown these sites in the last 12-13 years or so and it gets better all the time. Team Camaro came along after Team Chevelle so that's why it's "little Brother".

I just punched in "firebird sites" and there was a list of them...the "F-Body" site seemed to be pretty good, but not the one that I stumbled across the other night.. it was set up along the lines of Team Camaro, but seemed to lack the intensity and flow of info found on this one. I'm not putting them down, as any site to enhance heritage cars is a good thing, but a quick visit there will show you what I mean.

Hey...just remembered one of our group has a '69 Bird going right now...he would be of help... If I come across it again, will get back to you...it's worth it just to compare the prices of the parts and cars. I just wish that other members would visit some of these sites and they would come back with a far more appreciative attitude of the work being put into Team Camaro.
