Question How Do I attach something to a post?

I have read the FAX on this and do not see the manage attachment button they refer to. Can someone explain to me how to attach to a post. Either a picture or a document. Thanks!!

To attach a post from another section on this site, you need to:
  • right click on the address bar of your web browser
  • right click on copy
  • once in the forum section of your choice, right click,then left click on paste. It will look like this....................
