mustang adds

Does anyone else have problems when the Mustang add is at the bottom of a forum page? Every time I scroll down the forum pages with these adds my computer slows to a snails pace and I can't get to another screen for about 30 seconds. It only happens with the Mustang adds. Can you get rid of the Mustang adds or somehow make them load faster?

Re: mustang adds

Yes , if its a thread that only has one post on the page and the add shows up when the page opens its okay ,or if i click the last post arrow so it opens at the bottom its okay .But if the add is down low it freezes the screen when i get to it .

Mustang ad - I now see a Ford Focus ad. Is Team Camaro now run by Ford? Is this Brain washing? Not working. I Just look at a picture of a '69 Camaro and I snap out of it. LOL!

Re: mustang adds

Sorry to make everyone's eyes bleed. We have no choice.
The new ownership 'own' and run dozens of automotive related web sites.... f*rd sites being one type.
The reason the ads make your PC slow down (actually your browser) is because they're Flash ads. If it's a major issue and your browser freezes horribly, maybe we can have the web techs look into it like we had to for the other Flash ad problem.

Re: mustang adds

Still the same today, can anything be done? I used to visit almost daily but because of the adds it is more like once every week or two.

Re: mustang adds

Hang in there a little longer man... like I said the Admin(s) have been made aware. We just have to wait till they've gotten a chance to get to it.
Thanks!
