Re: "Exceeds quota" when trying to upload photos

Mark, that's "Exceeds Quota"

Each member is given a certain quota of space they are allowed to use for uploading pictures, etc. You've uploaded as much as your member level will allow.

You can go through all your threads and remove as many photos as you want I suppose. But then you run the risk of having to delete a picture or pictures that someone may need to help them in the future, when they do a search on a subject.

Or you can use one of the free picture sites, move the photos out of the threads and into albums on the picture site, and link to them that way. That shouldn't count against your allotted free space here on TC.

Or upgrade your membership and get some more storage!

Re: "Exceeds quota" when trying to upload photos

say it ain't so, Joe!! I'd rather upgrade than do any of the other options. I need to get my credit card to start liking me again before I can do that. I am having fits with my trunk and need to upload some pics. would it be fround upon to have another member post pics for me? till I can get my membership upgrade? thanks

That wouldn't be frowned upon at all!
