How do I add pictures?

How and where do I add pictures for all to see? I started to upload picture for I think a profile but it said the picture was too big. Now I played around with the picture and I can't find where I was to post it. I see people have links under their names for people to see. How do they do this?

So, how do you post and where do you post for people to see?

That was a lot of questions.
Thanks, Brian

Re: How do I add pictures?

Welcome !

Your camera should have settings for how many pixels the picture will have.

My camera has an "email" setting that I use- keeps the file size low.

To post a picture, scroll down below the reply box and click on "manage attachments". You should be able to figure it out from there.

Re: How do I add pictures?

site policy is for you to have any pics you post here be in the 600x800 apox. size so they dont make you scroll side to side to see the photos. Also, alot of members are still on dial up modem so HUGE photos are not easy for them to download. The little yellow icon allows you to attach photos but the pics need to be hosted on a site somewhere like flickr or photostore or any number of hosting sites, then you link to them with the square yellow icon.
