It's a Stickie thread at the top of the Body Shop section.

Hey, come to think of it, that brings up a good question, why there? Since build threads are to be in the "Build Projects-follow along start to finish" and an area prompted by the website it would seem that stickie should be there instead of the "Paint and Body Forum", or add it there as well!

It would be rather redundant to sticky a thread in more than one forum. It's in the Paint and Body forum because it was stuck there before the build project forum ever existed. The projects forum is more of a "follow along" where members can document their build and spans any generation. It is not really intended as a research or Q&A tech forum like the body shop forum is.

How the first gen was assembled at the factory is a very interesting story and may give insight to someone doing a correct as possible restoration. It certainly covers more than the paint and body build process. Perhaps it would better fit in Tag Team or maybe in Restoration Corner "Where originality comes first"

I'll leave that to Joe though as it's his post and he rides shotgun over the Body Shop...

Now ya got my head spinning!

Tough to say where it truly belongs. It could go in Brakes & Suspension, Body, Restoration, Camaro Tech...
Maybe it should be at the top of all the sections!
